Arlene Silver Koslow has been in private practice in Atlanta, Georgia for over twenty-two (22) years.  Prior to practicing law, Arlene earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami where she graduated with highest honors. 

Following the birth of her second daughter, Arlene entered law school and obtained her JD with high honors from Woodrow Wilson College of Law.  She then opened her own practice, and has spent the last twenty-two (22) years, building a general practice in which her focus is family law, serious injury, workers’ compensation, and Wills and Estates.

J. Pia Koslow, Arlene’s daughter and partner, received her Bachelor of Arts with honor from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.  Following her return to Atlanta, she earned her J.D. from Emory Law School.  Pia has clerked for the United States District Court with the Honorable Julie Carnes, and with the Georgia Supreme Court for the Honorable Harris Hines. She has also interned in the Coca Cola legal department in the litigation section.

Upon graduation from law school, Pia practiced in the area of labor and employment defense, prior to joining Koslow Law Offices.  Pia’s primary focus is in the area of family law, handling all matters concerning Divorce, to include pre-nuptial and post-nuptial Agreements, and Custody and Child Support Modifications.  Pia is frequently appointed by the court as a Guardian Ad Litem to make recommendations to the court concerning custody and visitation, and is experienced in the area of custody disputes.

Arlene and Pia are experienced litigators, and both are trained and experienced in the area of Collaborative Law.
